Q.

Issue with employer and whats to my greencard processing?

I'm with consulting co & GC stage:- I've 3yrs degree & 8yrs exp. I140 under Eb2-re-appeal:sent to Administrative Appeals Office for review. I140 under Eb3-received & pending.
I don't have EAD but wife is working with her EAD. i paid for Eb2-I140,Eb2-re-appeal I140,Eb3-I140,AP,EAD for wife, evaluating 3yr degree+5yr exp=4yr degree & attorney fees.

Since 6 months i don't have project & my employer is not supporting anyway. From 04/09 no health insurance.2day HR gave option if i agree to get terminated by CO then he'll pay 65% for 5 months.
My question is What could be his plans? whats going to happen for my GC? Is he trying to send me back to India? Is there any way i can file case against him? Plz advice me for holding myself with this Co until i get Green card.tnx
