Q.

Left with AP- MUST come back asap even w/ newly approved H4?

Thank you for your excellent accommodation to all my questions during the phone consultation. I have these questions recently however:

1. If one (H4 lapsed but I-485 pending) left U.S with an AP, MUST he enter U.S before the AP expires even if he now has an approved H4 visa?

2. My daughter will be turning 14 in December, do we need to wait for a notice from USCIS for fingerprinting or can we request or go to the local USCIS office for it while she is here in the U.S? She'll be leaving U.S in January.
