H1B full time and EAD part time wants to travel!
I have valid H1-B (needs visa stamping) through my primary full-time employer who also filed my GC application and have been working part-time on EAD for a different employer. Is my H-1B status still valid? Can I leave US without AP and stamp H1-B and come back. My wife has H4 and EAD but did not work? Can she stamp her H4 visa and come back without AP? Will this affect my GC application in any way?
