Q.

Maintaining both H1 and EAD

I am working for company A on H1B and i do have my EAD with company A(I140 approved, I485 pending). I have an full time offer from Comany B with the same job description (Analyst)that i can work with my EAD. Since my wife is on H4 can you advice the steps i need to follow to keep my h1 partime and work full time on EAD.
