Q.

My green card was issued with incorrect information

Dear Sir,

I received my I-485 approval notice on 03/18/09 and green on 03/19/09.This was employment based.

Mine came with the following date error:

Residence since: 03/12/08 (Incorrect)
Should have been:
Residence since: 03/12/09

But expiration date is valid.

My wife received it with correct dates.

I called USCIS at the given number in packaged that came with green card. They told me to fill I-90 form and send back the original green card along with approval notice with an application explanining the error. My case was processed at TX service center.

My lawyer has received the I-140 and I-485 approval notice.USCIS representative is saying to fill I-90 and my lawyer is saying visit near by USCIS office with infopass.

I am bit worried to send back the card.
