Q.

arrest and aos interview

i have aos interview tommorrow
i was arrested and charged for reckless driving for which i paid fine around 460.25 on nov 2000 during the 485 form fill up i told my lawyer assitant about the arrest but i could not remember the charge as reckless driving so i told her i was arrested for speeding so she told me the question says excluding traffic arrest so we did not need to say yes to that question but after reading on different forums i think i should have said yes to that question and i was not charged for any criminal activity just reckless driving, so with discussion with my lawyer he says that i still should say no to the question when asked in interview if asked again i should say i was stopped and charged for reckless driving and show the court certified copys do youthinkits right
