Q.

Change of Address

Myself and my husband have applied for I-485 at NSC and BOTH OF US ARE CURRENTLY WORKING IN MINNESOTA. My husband is moving to Washington DC due to his current assignment ending in Minnesota. I would still continue working at MN and the address will stay the same.
1) DOES HE HAVE TO STILL FILE AR11 FOR ADDRESS CHANGE? .
2) Does he have to change the address for his pending I-485 also ?.
3) In case if he has to change the address will it result in his case moving to TSC?

(As i would continue staying in MN. Can he not have MN address as permanent address?)
