Q.

Multiple I140s with the same employer. Recd NOID

1. Filed Labor in January 2007. Approved in May 2007.
2. Filed I140/485 concurrently in August 2007.
3. Employer filed an other labor in January 2008(don't know why???. I came to know afterwards.)
4. Employer filed another I140 in May 2008.
5. February 26th, I get a call from my employer that the newly filed I140(filed in 2008) got approved. 6. Today, I called INS to check on the status of a travel document I filed and by luck she tells me that a Notice of Intent to Deny was sent on my old I140 on Feb 26th(same day my other I140 got approved). Is my 485 still valid. One thing I heard is that if 2 I140s are filed on a person's behalf, the immigration officer will approve one of them and deny the other but the underlying 485 and priority date are still valid. Please let me know Thx
