Q.

AC21 invoke without paystubs from prospective new sponsor

I was laid off on Dec 31,2008.Since both of my priority and I-485 filing dates are very current,I like to invoke AC21 immediately from new prospective employer by submitting job offer without any pay-stubs.The reason is I intent to work with new sponsor only after my GC approved. Please clarify me the following Qs:
1) May I expect any kind of RFEs from USCIS in the near future by doing so?
2)Is it necessary that I should work for the employer immediately after invoking AC21?
3)is it OK if I join new employer after my GC got approved?
4)Is it safe if travel on current AP with the new job offer soonafter invoking AC21? May I anticipate any problems from immigration officer at the POE while returning to US?
5)What if my GC is approved while I am outside the country on vacation? Is it safe?
