I am stuck outside U.S. with H1-B under administrative processing (likely TAL/Mantis check -- hold Ph.D., submitted resume, publication list, questionnaire; uncommon name, non-Muslim) since visa interview on Nov. 26 08 (90+ days ago). My I-140 and I-1485 were concurrently filed under EB1(b) on Oct 3 08. Traveled to home country on Nov. 24 08 with intent of returning with H1-B stamped (previously was on F-1). While stuck under Admin. Proc. outside U.S., EAD + Advanced Parole got approved on Jan 4 09, and AP document currently lying with corporate law firm.

Can I have the issued A.P. document shipped to my address outside U.S. and re-enter U.S. with A.P. without waiting further for H1-B admin. process. to complete? Any potential issues at the Port of Entry if so done?
