Q.

1 693 and RFE Question

Hi,
I have 2 questions that I will like to get answered
1- Can you submitted the I-639 after submitting the I-485 and before an RFE

2- I got an RFE for my daughter application requesting that I should provide Birth certificate issued by civil authority. Is Birth certificate from Pakistan Consulate in California going to be sufficient?
