Q.

Can I change job immediately on EAD approval?

Hi,
I am currently employed with my GC sponsor on H1B.My 485 & 765 was filed on Feb 13 2012 in EB2.
1> Can I change my job as soon as I get my EAD or do I have to wait for 180 days?
2>Do I have to take any specific action when I change my employer using the EAD, like notify UCICS etc?
3> Does AC21 have any bearing on the job change using EAD?
