Q.

I-485 filing

I recently changed from employer A to employer B. I do have I-140 approved from A and got extension to 2014. My priority date is EB2-2009. I can't go back to A since I got laid off.

As EB2 priority date is expected to go back 2007 in future bulletin,

1. Do I have any option to file I-485 with employer B concurrently before 30 Apr 2012? Employer B is waiting on prevailing wage determination since last 2 weeks to file my PERM at any time.

2.Can Employer B file my 140 and 485 concurrently and get PERM done later when they get RFE?

Please let me know if there is any other option for me to file I-485 before priority rate retrogression. I really appreciate your help .
