Q.

AC21: Salary in Labor Certificate or Salary in I-140

Salary mentiond in LC: $60,000
Company A files LC and I-140 gets approved.
Company B acquires, company A files success of interest petition I-140 (approved). However, due to the raises given in the mean time the salary is now $100,000 (same job description) during the time of Company B filing I-140.

If I were to use AC21 in the future(currently I-140 approved and I-485>180 days) . The salary of the new job. Should it be closer to the original LC salary or the second I-140 salary? (the job descriptions are the same).
