Q.

I485 applied by firm A; H1B transfer from firm B to firm C

I have I-485 applied through firm A for future employment just last week; status pending;EAD not yet approved; I-140 already approved

Presently I'm on H1B on company B.
I have a good offer from company C.
Is there any risk in transferring H1B from B to company C ~ to my GC process at firm A.
