Company A sponsered my greencard, I have EAD, I140 is approved in Dec 2007 and my I485 is pending since Aug 07 (they will not revoke my I140). Company B applied for my H1 extension/transfer and it is pending currently. Now, if I join company C using EAD will it create any (status) problem? I mean if my H1 transfer with company B is approved after I join company C on EAD, do I need to anything to remain on EAD? What would be my status once H1 transfer is approved and what will happen if I do not join Company B (I do not have any contract with them)? Can I continue to use EAD regardless of my H1 pending transfer?
