Post GC Approval

Is there certain minimum numbers of days one has to stay with the company after getting the EB Green Card? My priority date was May 2007, Filed 485 Aug 2007, left sponsoring company X in Feb 2009 (Used AC21). Worked in company Y till June 2011, currently working with company Z. GC got approved in October 2011.If I move to a different company can I change fields or stick to what was said in the Labor Certificate? Are there any restrictions in which field I have to be in?
