had 3 years and 2 months of experience before I joined my employer. I have 7 years and 3 months of experience with my employer. How can I use the experience that I gained by working for current employer against 5 years needed for EB2 filing. I have read that this can be done if the job duties for EB2 filing is 50-60% different from job duties that individual had (experience that will be counted against the 5 years)
