Q.

After green card

Hello,

I got my green card on 09/01/11 from employer A.

I got a new job with employer B and taking up that from on 3/2/12. Even though I'm joining employer B. I will be also getting paycheck from employer A for the period 3/2/12 - 4/15/12. I have below questions

1. Will there be any issue if I receive pay from both employer A and B for the period 3/2/12 - 3/31/12 ?

2. As per USCIS rule, how long should I stay with employer A after the GC, it will be 7 months by 3/12?

3. When my employer A started the green card process, I signed an agreement with him that I will not be leaving them for 1 year after my green card. I paid the expenses for the green card. If I leave before 1 year, is there any legal implications?

Please let me know your answers.

Thanks
Vijay
