Q.

I485 - Application

1) Worked for comp A from 05-06 till 12/14/08, then joined Comp B based on H1B transfer application. worked for 45 days with comp B,& rejoined Comp A on Feb/09, since transfer got denied. In 04/09 comp A applied for GC PERM, but did not mention about the work performed in Comp B. Will this cause an issue if I mention in G325a abt Comp B. Will this be considered as misrepresentation by INS.
2) Comp A just changed their location from A to B on 01/31/12. Location B is just 5 miles away from A. In PERM it is mentioned work will be performed in Location A once GC is approved. Will this effect my I485.

3)PERM says I will be working as IT project Manager once GC is approved, but my current role is IT lead, will this be an issue.
