Q.

PERM LC EB2- Current Sal less than PWD sal for same position.

My current employer-B is filing my EB2 to port from (EB3 filed by old employer-A Mar05)
We are in the recuirement process for PERM LC. PWD for this position is
is 85K-105K. I am currently working in this position for 70K. My manager assured, it is being addressed
by bringing my sal to 85k-105k range by the time I have my GC.

My concern is my PERM LC should not get audited or denied for this purpose.
I am on EAD and no H1B for fallback.

When is it that I should have the PWD sal 85K-105K. Before filing the PERM LC or I-140 0r I-485.

My employer's lawfirm is filing PERM LC with my 70K current salary for the PWD (85k-105k) position next month.
What kind of issues can I face with this kind of filing. What precautions should my employer/lawer take for this kind of filing.
