Q.

EB2 eligibility

Hi,
I came to US on H1 visa in march 2008. I did Bachelor of Engg from india (passed in 2005). I have 5+ yrs of experience including 3+ yrs with my current employer.


I wanted to know that am I eligible to file GC under EB-2 category ?

Can you please guide me which way my current employer can file under EB-2?
I read in online if my employer changes my current poistion (ex: software engg to manager) is possiable to file under EB-2 ?
