Q.

EB2

I am on H1-B with EB3 I-140 Approved, Priority Date is May-2009. I would like to switch to EB2.

Based on the below details, is it possible to file under EB2?

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (3 Year Degree) from Osmania University, Indian (1997 - 2000)

Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (1 Year) from Madurai Kamaraj University (Indian University, Distance education, The Study Center is located in Maryland, USA) – Completed in 2009

Masters in Computer Applications lateral entry (2 Year Degree) from Madurai Kamaraj University (Indian University, Distance education, The Study Center is located in Maryland, USA) – started in 2010 and going to complete in 2012

7 Years of Work Experience in USA (2004 - 2012)

Would I be eligible for EB2 after my masters?
