Q.

I - 140 Primium Processing

I applied EB2 in 2009 and it was denied. The reason is "Since no representations have been made that the beneficiary has exceptional ability, consideration of this petition will be limited to the issue of weather the petitioner seeks the beneficiary's services in a position which requires a professional with an advanced degree." I am not sure how my lawyer replied my RFE.

I applied in EB3 and got approval. I applied in EB2 in sept 7th. It is sill in "Initial Review". I have total 7 years of US experience and 3+ years from india. I have completed degree and post graduation diploma in IT. I am planning to apply Premium Process. Should I go with premium processing? What will be the worst scenario in my case ?
