Q.

I-485 RFE

I applied as a primary for my EB2 485 and got approved. My wife is the derivative and her I-485 received a RFE. The RFE says to submit a copy of the birth certificate.

We submitted a copy of birth certificate when we initially applied for her I-485. The BC we submitted had my wife's name on it but the parents name had only first names.

We tried to get the new BC from local municipality and found that the birth was registered with no name. Thats when we realized that sometime after the first BC was issued someone just wrote the name on it and we have accidentally submitted that with initial filing of 485. The BC had all the details hand written.

Now we submitted the new BC with no name and full names of parents and 2 affidavits.
Please let me know if this will cause deny of 485?
