Hi.I have some general questions related to employment-based Greencard and EAD for a person on H1B visa currently,as follows:
1)For a person who is on H-1B and employment based Greencard in progress,can he leave U.S.A for some time as soon as he receives EAD ?If yes,how long (exact period)?
2)Is it required that person has to continue in the same company for some period after he gets Greencard OR He can leave that company for some other job the very next day of receiving Greencard?
3)After receiving EAD,does that person need to work in same FIELD (like I.T) in which his GC ia pproved?Or he can transfer to a company outside his field,like Finance?
4)After geting EAD or Greencard,can a person start his business next day?
5)How soon does a person receiv a Greencard after getting EAD?Thnx
