Q.

EB2 I140 -changning job in 7th year of H1

•Me: Indian; 4-yr B. Tech from India + 2 Yr MBA from US
•Working full-time with a top-10 Bank in Retail Banking in US for past 5-years (say, comp X)
•EB2- I-140 approved from Comp X. (PD of Jun 11) – 6 year H1B ending Mar ’12 but extended through Mar ’15 based on the I-140 with comp X

1.I am thinking of making a job-change for career advancement – I believe that I need to restart my Labor/140 if I change job but want to see how can I keep my PD from comp X? Also, does my role & Field, e.g. Finance need to similar in the new job?
2.What happens if I move to say comp Y but comp X, my current employer, revokes my I-140?
3.Also, what is the likelihood of June 11 PD from India being current in 2012? I may decide to stick with current employer as well if I can file 485 soon.
