Q.

Using AC21

EB2 - ROW
140, EAD, AP - Approved
485 Filed on Aug 27 2008 (184 days)

I recently got an offer from a company but they want me to work on EAD.

1. Since I'm EB2-ROW, I'm expecting my GC to be approved anytime. So If I accept the offer(resign from my current employer) and I get my GC approved before I start working for them i.e. (GC approval date is before my start date with new company), what will be the impact to my future immigration prospects?
2. What are the list of things that I should be doing to ensure smooth transition to new company?
3. What will happen if my 485 gets denied while working using EAD?
