I am from India. I got my L1-B stamped on 04-Jan-2011 and I travelled to US in Feb-2011 and I am still in US.
Now my company is sponsoring my GC under EB1 category since I have spent more than 1 year
aborad at manegerial position and here also I am working at lead position.

Meantime I got H1-B sponsorship from another company and they filed my petition in Nov 2011.
Status of my case is now "Initial Review" . I may expect decision on H1-B somewhere mid of Feb.At the same time my current company will file my I-140 and I485 concurrently for GC processing.

I am more keen on GC than H1-B, my question is

Will it affect my GC process ( RFP or denial ) if my H1-B is already with USCIS through another company?
