I have approved EB3 PERM,I-140(Min Req: BS+3/MS+2)with current employer for SoftwrEngg.Now promoted to Sr SoftwrEngg(Min req: BS+5 OR MS+4)1.For Sr SoftwrEngg min req is MS +4,I have MS,so to qualify for EB2 do I need to have 4 yrs before joining company to qualify for EB2?2.For EB3 PERM I have shown 2.5 yrs experience,if I use my 1.5 yrs india experience that I have gained during last year of Bachelors and 6 months after that for new EB2 PERM will that be an issue?3.Does Job desc for new SrSoftwr position needs to 50% different in all the cases?4.As I have not used bachelors experience during initial PERM is it advisable to use experience with current employer?5.Wht is the safe route, use current experience and show 50% job duties different or use exp gained in Bachlrs?
