Hi, Here is my situation of GC Process(no RFE) thru my present Employer
1.PD : 8/22/2003
2.Category : EB3 RIR
3.I-140 : Approved more than 180 days'
4.I-485 : Pending since Aug 2007
5.EAD : Expiring in Oct 2010
6.H1B : Expiring in Mar 2010
Personal :
Qual: Masters in Computer Application(MCA) India
Year 1994
Exp : 14+ Years very focussed Oracle ERP
Position : Consultant, working since Feb 2003 with present employer.

Question
1. Am eligible for EB2?
2. What needs to be done to convert my EB3=>EB2, retaining EB3 Priority Date(PD)
3. Is there any way we can convert EB3=>EB2 without re-doing Labor or I-140
4. Feasibility of EB3=>EB2 when my PD is 8/22/2003
5. Can I convert EB3=> using present sponsorer or need to look for new Employer.
