Q.

I-140 amendment

Hello. I filed for I-140 (amendment) and I-485 concurrently.They are pending for last 5 month at USCIS (NSC). I-140 was approved long time ago but due to change in company structure I had to file amendment.Recently another change in company structure was announced. My question is that can I file for another amenment while one amendment is already pending? does it affect pending I-485? Do I have to amend I-485?
