Hi,
I am working in Bank of America, as VP (Technology Manager Role) and have 3 yrs Bachelor degree from India with 14 years of Industry experience. My company applied my Green Card in EB3.Currently My I140 Approved and my priority date is in Dec’2010.
As EB3 is taking long time , so like to convert my EB3 to EB2.

University of Phoenix is offering Master of Information System (ONLINE MS course).

My question is if I can complete that course can I convert my EB3 to EB2 ?

Expecting your answer based on specific to University of Phoenix and Master of Information System (ONLINE) only.
If you think that course will not help me can you please suggest any alternate university MS online course.

Based on your answer, I will spend my hard earn money and time.
