Q.

Green card process with new employer

Hello,
I have a question on my employee sponsored green card (India). I have approved I140 with priority date 22nd Nov 2010 with my current employer under EB2 category. I have a new job offer from a different company, the future company promised me to process my green card during January 2013. I have following questions.
1. If I take up new job, does it affect my green card process?
2. Is it a good idea to take up the new job and start green card process all over again?
3. If I continue with my current employer, when will I be able to take up new job?
4. Based on the current process when would I likely to get my EAD, projected date.
Thanks & appreciate your response
