Thank you So much for your previous response.

We got married on January here in US. My husband is currently overseas, He will fly back in April on H-4. According to USCIS website they mailed a RFE on my 485 last Monday. (485 pending since July 07, 140 approved 04/26/06) My priority date is Sept-29-05 not current.

1. In your recent cases, how many days they usually give to respond?

2.Let's say he gets here on H-4 but then I get approved even with no priority date current (As I have seen lately) H1-B & H-4 gets cancelled automatically. How do we proceed then to file his Adjustment of status?
