Employer A:Jun 2005-March 2010 (H1B)
I 140 approved with employer A and PD is April-5-2009 in EB2.
Employer B: April-2010 - Till now
Started PERM in EB2 process(Labor not yet filed)
1. My PD is current now,would i be able to file I-485 with employer A's I-140 petition eventhough i work for employer B on H1B and join employer A when I get GC.(what supporting documents are needed in this case)?
2. When Employer B's I-140 gets approved with April-5-2009 PD.when can I interfile my pending I-485 to the new I-140? Is there any time period associated post I 485 filing with employer A?
3. If i file I-485 with Employers A's I-140 and apply for EAD. Will i be able to go with AC21 post 180 days of pending I-485?
(In this case i never worked with Employer A post I 485).
