I am applying my I485 got my PERM approval with EB2(I am on H1B valid till 2013).I want to apply for my wife's I485 along with me. She came to US on H4 status on Nov07(H4 Was Valid from Jan07-Jan10) and got her H1B approved (Oct08-Sep11). She worked only for 3 months on H1B(Jan11-Mar11), In between she gave the birth to baby on Nov2010.We got her H1B cancelled on Sept'11 and is on H4 now[Valid till 2013]. For I485 attorney is asking for her Paystubs and all the W2's in order confirm her status from Jan2010 to Sep2011. I just have 3 paystubs. No W2's. What should i do as i was not aware that she should have her status as H4 when she was not working? My company would have done it for free. Please let me know what are all the options and how can we apply for I485 for spouse?
