Hello,

I will be applying I-485 AOS for me and my wife pretty soon, however my I-140 approval has the country of birth and date of birth for my wife is listed as Saudi Arabia instead of India.

In her passport and BC both has correct information but somehow in I-140 her birth place and DOB is wrong. It could be an error by the attorney who filed the I-140 that resulted in wrong data.

I am not sure if this will cause an issue when we apply for the AOS using the correct place of birth and DOB in the application OR do I need to get the I-140 amended??
