My birth certificate when it was issued it had no name on it. Sometime after birth, the name was hand written on the certificate. Also the all the other entries were hand written on the birth certificate. I submitted this BC with 485 and got an RFE to resubmit the birth certificate.
I was born in hyderabad, India. When I try to add my name to the birth certificate I am being told that I cannot do it as I am older than 15 yrs and I will only be issued a birth certificate without any name and Name Endorsement certificate indicating that name cannot be included.
I am also planning to submit two affidavits from parents and a uncle.

Is there anything else that I need to do? I am worried about submitting the birth certificate without name.
