Q.

EB2 - Denied I140 based on 1 year diploma education

My I140 got denied on December 30 2011 based on 3 years B.Com + 2 years(MBA-System) + 1 year(Aptech) diploma from INDIA.(This diploma was the issue for denial as it cannot issue college credit and APTECH is not government recognized and USCIS usually does not recognize it.).I have 5+ years experience after my post graduation(MBA).What are my options for clearing EB2 ?
