OPT EAD --> i485 EAD

Hi,
I am on an H1 B visa, currently applying for my i485 AOS , EAD & AP. My wife is on an F1(Expiry May 2014) and is currently working on an EAD(Expiry May 2012) through her OPT period. We are planning on applying for her Green Card along with mine.

1. Can we apply for her EAD and AP as well? Any issues with regard to her F1 and showing immigration intent?
2. If her i 485 EAD gets approved, what happens to the OPT EAD? will she need to update her EAD status with her current employer?

Our objective is to get her EAD and GC along with mine asap.
