Change of employer while I-485 is filed
I am on H1-B and have applied for I-485 on Dec 1st.
I have a new job offer and I would like to know when is the right time to change my employer.
New job requires my availability by end of January.
Once after I get my EAD can I change the employer immediatly or do I have to wait for few months.
Can a new H1-B be filed while the I-485 is in process.
Please advice as this job offer is something which I don't want to miss.
