Q.

When is the best time to Apply I-485 for spouse

Dr. Voigtmann,
My question is when and how to apply I-485 for my wife.
My wife and I are both Chinese scholars. My EB1a was approved last December in TSC and My I-485 is pending in NSC. I married to my wife last week and It seems there will be at least four weeks for us to receive an official marriage certificate.
Now, my I-485 got RFE and request for verification of employment letter. The due date is March 12th. From other guys' experience, this RFE will soon lead to my 485 approved.
There will be a problem of the exact time that I should submit my wife's 485. If my wife's 485 is submitted after my 485 approval, is there any potential problem? Can you give me a checklist of files needed to do such an application? Does our marriage certificate us my ceremony date as marriage date?
