Q.

140 and Perm Porting and eligibility

MS in US 04-JAN to 05-DEC
H1's
>12/06-10/09 comp A
>10/9-10/10 comp A
>02/10-12/12 comp B
Comp B filed labor&140 both approved EB2
>5/11-05/14 comp C(based on 140)
>Comp C did not file labor or 140
>B had cancelled my H1,140 &labor
>I am back to comp B(filed my H1)
Q
>for how long will i get my H1 when I transfer back to comp B,is it till 2014?
>if I transfer to H4 or F1 status will my priority date wil still be valid
>can I use same Perm and 140 as i am back to comp B (they had cancelled it,can it revoked)>Can I Port my Perm /Labor date
>Do I have to file new labor or 140
>Worst case scenario,if H1 transfer get rejected how can i retain my priority date and status in US
>how to find if H1 from comp B/C is revoked online status no change its still shows approved
