EB3 to EB2 Porting , Labour approved , filing new I-140
I am on AOS status(pending I-485), my I-94 based AP expired in July 2011. Now while filling I-140 form what should I give for Date of Status Expiration, If I give I94 date it shows I am out of staus but I an AOS and legally in Status.
Please Advice , dont want to travel , what documentaion will satisfy the Visa officer to show my status to avoid any RFEs
