Q.

EB3 to EB2 India Experience

My current employer filed EB3 perm in 2009 Jan for Software Engg postion Job Reqirement: Bachelordegree + 3 years or Masters + 2 Yrs),position offered did not qualify for EB2even though I had MS+2years experience. Now I am promoted to Sr Software Engg(Job Req:Bachelors+5 or Ms+4 Years)I have 2 years of experience in USA before joining current employer. As I cant use experience gained with current employer,I am planning to use experience thatI gained in India(home country)while during my bachelors degree. I worked 2 years for a company as part of my course work.I have not claimed this experiencewhen I filed my PERM in EB3.If I use experience that I haven't claimed during EB3 and use India experience for EB2 PERM will that be an issue? What are chancesof gettingRFE in this kind of situations?
