My Online Masters degree is in process and I will be graduating in March 2012. I will have the degree / diploma in hand before the PERM is applied in fact I will have the degree / diploma in hand before the ads process is completed.
The questions I have in mind are:
1). Can my sponsoring company apply for PWD and start the advertisement process before I have completed the degree?
2). Do I need the Diploma in hand or can I apply for Labor with the transcripts in case the university delays sending the diploma?
3). Are there any issues if we run the ads and the candidate graduated after the ads?
