I am an Indian Citizen residing in USA. I got canadian PR and completed landing procedures on 2009. I started my US green card process in 2009 and applied for PERM labor (Eb2) in 2009 and approved in 2010.Also my i140 was approved in 2010.My priority dates might become current with in next couple of months.
Can I file for 485/AOS/EAD while holding canadian PR. Hope this is good. I am planning to surrender canada PR after I get US green card.But if i have to surrender it earlier (before filing 485) I am willing to do so. Does uscis care about my canada PR while processing Aos/485/EAD ?
Also, for filing 485, my lawyer at work place is asking for all pages of the passport. one page will have canada immigrant visa stamping. will uscis care about canada immigrant landing stamp on passport?
