Q.

EAD Extension

I (India)entered US on H1B in Jan 2001. I applied GC in EB3 in 2005. My labour and I-140 approved. During July 2007 we applied 485 and got my EAD and AP.I started to work on EAD with out extending H1B. In 2010 they revoked approved 140 and 485 was denied because of it.My 140 is with AAO office. My law firm said I can work still my EAD expires and it can be extended my EAD is expering on October 2012. Now my case is looked my new lawyer law firm she says I cant extended EAD and I have accurred unlawful presence. If I leave will I be subjected to year 10 bar.

- Please let me know if I did accute any unlawful presence.
- please let me know if I can extended EAD
-Please let me know if I can revert my prior AOS status to H1B by asking USCIS.
