Date Current but waiting for new Labor

Hello,
Company A filed my labor and I-140 , Priority Date : July 2008. As per the latest Visa bulletin the EB2 India date is moved to Jan 2009 and I am thus current.
In May 2011 I moved to company B on H1B transfer. Company B which is a large organization are filing my labor and is in recruitment stage. It will take around 3 to 4 months before they file my labor. I intend to port my old priority date once the labor is approved.

Company A ( my previous employer) who are into consultancy business is ready to re-hire me and file my I-485 immediately as I am current.

I am confused as what to do, should I wait in Company B and delay the filing by 4 to 6 months or move back to Company A.

Hoping your inputs from the legal side with pros and cons will help me make a decision.
